The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Medical College and Hospital Faridabad has released an official recruitment notification for hiring 50 Senior Resident doctors on a contractual basis for Super Speciality Departments. This walk-in interview scheduled for 28 January 2026 provides an excellent opportunity for qualified medical professionals who have completed their super speciality training and wish to work in a premier medical institution. The recruitment is being conducted for various Super Speciality departments including Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urology, Plastic Surgery, and other critical specialties. Selected candidates will work on a contractual basis and receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 1,48,669/-, which is highly competitive in the medical profession. To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates must possess essential qualifications as prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI) for Senior Resident posts in Super Speciality Departments. Candidates should have completed super speciality degrees such as DM, MCh, DrNB, or FNB in the relevant super speciality discipline from recognized medical institutions. Those with MD/MS in parent broad specialties may also be considered if super speciality qualified candidates are not available. The age limit for applicants is 45 years as on the date of walk-in interview (28 January 2026). Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines. Candidates from SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, and PwD categories must submit valid certificates issued by competent authorities in the prescribed format for Central Government jobs. All candidates must possess valid medical registration with the National Medical Council or State Medical Council with all post-MBBS and post-MD/MS qualifications duly registered. Candidates without proper registration will not be considered for the position. It is mandatory to bring original and self-attested copies of the registration certificate during the walk-in interview. The selection process will be based on document verification followed by a personal interview. Candidates will be assessed on their academic qualifications, clinical experience, knowledge in their respective super speciality fields, and overall suitability for the position. The selection committee's decision will be final and binding on all applicants. Candidates must report for the walk-in interview on 28 January 2026 at the designated venue within ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad campus. The reporting time and venue details are mentioned in the official notification available on the ESIC website. Candidates are advised to reach the venue well in advance to complete the registration formalities. Documents required for the walk-in interview include original and photocopies of educational certificates (10th, 12th, MBBS, MD/MS, DM/MCh/DrNB/FNB), medical registration certificates, experience certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), EWS certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable), and recent passport-size photographs. Failure to produce original documents will lead to disqualification. The reservation policy follows the Government of India norms with 16 posts for Unreserved category, 15 for OBC, 10 for SC, 3 for ST, and 6 for EWS category candidates. Horizontal reservation for PwD candidates and ex-servicemen will also be applicable as per rules. Candidates claiming reservation benefits must submit relevant certificates in the prescribed format. ESIC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies without prior notice or assigning any reason. The vacancies are provisional and subject to change based on actual requirements for patient care services. No correspondence will be entertained regarding changes in vacancy numbers or cancellation of recruitment. Selected candidates will be required to join within the stipulated time period as communicated by the hospital administration. The contract period and other terms & conditions will be as per ESIC rules and regulations.
