Qualification

Executive Director/M-11 (Mining): 

  • Degree in Mining Engineering, and
  • First Class Manager Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS for Iron-ore.

Chief General Manager/M-10 (HR): 

  • Graduation, and
  • PG Degree/PG Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/ IR /IRPM/HR/HRM or MBA (Personnel Management/HR/HRM) minimum of two years full time duration.

Chief General Manager/M-10 (Coal): 

  • Degree in Mining Engineering, and
  • First Class Manager Certificate of Competency under CMR issued by DGMS for coal.

Chief General Manager/M-10 (Contracts):

  • Degree in in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil branch of Engineering.

Chief General Manager/M-10 (Geology):

  • M.Sc./M.Tech. /M.Sc. (Tech.) in Geology.

Salary

  • Executive Director/M-11 (Mining): Scale of Pay (₹) 150000-300000/-
  • Chief General Manager/M-10: Scale of Pay (₹) 120000-280000/-
