Eligibility Criteria for RLBCAU Positions

For Registrar

Essential Qualifications:

• Master's degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade
• At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of ₹7,000 and above or 8 years of experience as Associate Professor or equivalent position in the AGP of ₹9,000 and above with experience in educational administration
• Good academic record with published work of high quality
• Preferably below 57 years of age as on the last date of application

For Dean (Veterinary College)

Essential Qualifications:

• BVSc & AH degree with Master's degree (MVSc) and Ph.D. in relevant veterinary/animal science discipline
• Professor with at least 10 years of experience in teaching and/or research in a university, college, or research institution
• Proven administrative capabilities and leadership qualities
• Outstanding published research work and contributions to veterinary education

For Associate Professor

Essential Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline
• Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
• Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience as Assistant Professor/Scientist with AGP of ₹6,000 or equivalent
• Published research papers in peer-reviewed journals and evidence of continued professional development
• Preferably below 47 years of age

For Assistant Professor

Essential Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline with Master's degree in the relevant field with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
• OR Master's degree in concerned discipline with at least 55% marks along with NET (ICAR/UGC/CSIR) or equivalent qualification
• Evidence of published research work and potential for quality teaching and research
• Preferably below 40 years of age

For Assistant Registrar

Essential Qualifications:

• Master's degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising establishment matters, academic administration, or accounts

Salary Structure as per 7th CPC
