Maximum Age Limit: 28 years as on 31st December 2025
Age Relaxation Applicable:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess either:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in relevant engineering disciplines with First Division marks AND a valid GATE score from 2024 or 2025 examination, OR
- Master of Engineering (M.E.) or Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in relevant engineering disciplines with First Division marks in both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees
Eligible Disciplines: Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, and related fields
GATE Requirement: For B.E./B.Tech. degree holders, a valid GATE 2024 or GATE 2025 score is mandatory. Candidates with M.E./M.Tech. degrees are exempted from the GATE score requirement.
Minimum Percentage Required: First Division (60% marks or equivalent CGPA as per university norms) in the qualifying degree is essential. Candidates with lower marks are not eligible.
