⏳ Age Limit
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (as on 01 January 2027). Minimum Age: 18 years; Maximum Age: 40 years. Age Relaxation for Reserved Categories: SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation; Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years relaxation; Widows/Divorced Women: 10 years relaxation; Ex-Servicemen: As per Rajasthan Government rules (age limit = 50 years minus number of years of military service); Rajasthan Government Employees: 5 years relaxation. Educational Qualification Requirements
Essential Qualification: Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education. Any stream - Arts, Science, or Commerce is acceptable. Computer Knowledge (Mandatory): Candidates must possess a recognized Computer Certificate such as: Certificate in Computer Concepts (CCC) from NIELIT; Certificate Course on Computer Concepts (CCCC); Certificate in Information Technology (CIT); Diploma in Computer Application; Any other equivalent computer certificate recognized by Government of India or State Government. This computer certificate is MANDATORY and candidates without it are not eligible. Language Proficiency: Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script is essential. Knowledge of Rajasthan culture is desirable. Special Provision for Final Year Students: Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the qualifying course may also apply, but must submit proof of passing before appearing in Phase-II Typing Test. Ex-Servicemen: Ex-servicemen who have equivalent certificate after 15 years of military service can apply. They should mention "Not Applicable" in roll number and select Grade "N" while filling educational qualification.

The selection for Clerk Grade-II / Junior Assistant posts will be conducted in Two Phases:
Phase-I: Written Examination (Computer Based Test)
A Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted consisting of objective type multiple-choice questions. Exam Pattern: Total Questions: 100 Questions; Total Marks: 300 Marks (3 marks for each correct answer); Exam Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes); Negative Marking: 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer (0.75 marks). Syllabus Coverage: General Hindi (40 marks): Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, Idioms & Phrases, Sentence Formation; General Knowledge & Rajasthan GK (60 marks): Indian History, Geography, Polity, Economics, Current Affairs, Rajasthan Culture, History, Geography; Mathematics (50 marks): Number System, Decimals, Fractions, LCM/HCF, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Average, Ratio & Proportion, Mensuration; Reasoning (50 marks): Analogies, Classification, Series, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction Test, Syllogism, Venn Diagrams, Puzzles; Computer Knowledge (50 marks): Computer Fundamentals, MS Office, Internet, Hardware, Software, Networking. Daily Life Science (50 marks): Basic Physics, Chemistry, Biology concepts applicable to daily life.
Phase-II: Typing Test (Qualifying Nature)
Candidates who qualify Phase-I written exam will be called for Phase-II Typing Test. Test Details: Typing Test on Computer in both Hindi (Devanagari) and English; Typing Speed Required: 30 words per minute in English; 25 words per minute in Hindi (Devanagari Script on Inscript Keyboard); Duration: 10 minutes for each language (separate tests); This test is qualifying in nature (Pass/Fail). Final Merit: Final selection will be based on marks obtained in Phase-I Written Exam only. Phase-II Typing Test is only qualifying. Candidates must clear both phases to be eligible for appointment.
