1. Officer in Charge (OIC): 1 Post - This is a senior administrative-cum-medical position requiring a graduate preferably with medical or healthcare administration background. The OIC will be responsible for overall management of the polyclinic including supervision of all staff, ensuring quality healthcare delivery, maintaining discipline, coordinating with Station Headquarters, managing finances and accounts, handling patient grievances, maintaining inventory, preparing monthly reports, and liaising with empaneled hospitals. Strong leadership, administrative acumen, and decision-making abilities are essential. Ex-servicemen with officer rank background in medical administration will be highly preferred.
2. Dental Officer: 1 Post - BDS qualified dental surgeon will provide comprehensive dental services to ECHS beneficiaries including dental consultations, diagnosis of oral conditions, tooth extractions (simple and surgical), dental fillings and restorations, root canal treatments, scaling and polishing, fabrication and fitting of complete and partial dentures, oral health education, maintaining dental clinic standards, ensuring sterilization protocols, and managing dental equipment and materials. Reservation Policy for Ex-Servicemen
In line with ECHS policy favoring ex-servicemen employment, the following reservation applies:
- 70% Reservation: All positions including OIC, Dental Officer, Pharmacist, Laboratory Technician, Dental Hygienist, DEO/Clerk, Female Attendant, and Safaiwala have 70% reservation for ex-servicemen who have been honorably discharged from Army, Navy, or Air Force

Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements

All salaries are on consolidated monthly basis without separate allowances. Income tax will be deducted at source as per applicable provisions. The initial contract period is 11 months, which may be renewed annually based on satisfactory performance, good conduct, punctuality, and organizational requirements. Renewal decisions will be taken by the competent authority. Salaries will be credited directly to employee's bank account.

Selection Process
The selection procedure will comprise multiple stages:
Stage 1: Application Scrutiny - All received applications will be scrutinized for eligibility criteria including educational qualifications, experience requirements, age limit, and required certifications. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted.
